What this covers

This page describes www.askeion.com, Askeion’s public website. It does not describe the application at app.askeion.com: people who enter the platform receive their own notice when they sign in.

Waitlist

If you submit the form we store the email address, the language of the page (Italian or English), and, if you type it, the organization (120 characters at most). The purpose is to contact you about the demo you asked for. We do not use this data for a newsletter or for advertising.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679: steps taken at your request before entering a contract. Submitting the same address again does not create another record.

We keep this data for 12 months from signup, or sooner if you ask us to delete it by writing to [email protected] from the address you signed up with.

Visit measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you. It does not record address parameters (for example UTM tags).

If we add optional analysis later, we will describe it on this page and ask you before turning it on.

Who processes the data

The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Pages). The waitlist is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. Aggregate measurement is Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not sell this data and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (garanteprivacy.it). For the waitlist, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with.

Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, we update the date at the top of the page.
